OK...I have been slacking on updating our blog. I have heard about it from numerous people and I will post photos soon of our house and catch you all up on what has been happening in our busy lives! Check back soon......

Exciting News......

That's right---We finally closed on our very own home!

We are very excited and can't wait to move in!

It is in Heber City has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and sits on 0.24 acres that backs up to open space.

We are going to replace all of the carpet, install some hardwood floors & paint the entire house so we have some work ahead of us--but oh well..It will be perfect in the end!

I will post pictures of the inside when we have it all done!

Snowy Range Ranch ~ Laramie, Wyoming

Our long journey across the Wyoming plains brought us to this........

We spent our weekend up a the Snowy Range Ranch in Laramie, Wyoming. Ash's Aunt Linda and Uncle Dave own the Ranch and I can't even explain how incredible this place is.

We spent an entire day just riding 4-Wheelers and exploring. I swear to you that we covered at least 30,000+ acres. It was so beautiful!
Then Tyce-Man had the time of his life......
Can you guess what he did?
That's right....They have helicopters at the Ranch -
He was Co-Pilot!
He said "That was the coolest this I have ever done"!

This is the little bunk house that we stayed in. The river is right out the back door so at night it was so peaceful to hear the water.

Good Old George....

OH MY GOSH....What an awesome concert! We had such a blast. Before we went to Famous Daves with Mike, Camille, Brian, Hope, Perry & Maria. Then off to the concert we went.

4th of July Weekend!!!!!

What a wonderful weekend we had!!! We had things planned for everyday so we were very busy and always on the go--but we aren't complaining--We had a blast!

FRIDAY ...... July 3, 2009

Red Pine Lake

Brad's parents had a barbeque at their house, but we didn't go cause Brad had a unexpected visit to the dentist that morning. He was in so much pain (poor guy), he had a abscessed tooth so they gave him some shots & medication and off we went! At the barbeque that had steak and chicken and he couldn't even try to eat that with a sore mouth.....So after dinner we hooked up with the fam and went up to Red Pine Lake to roast marshmellows and overlook The Canyon's Fireworks! It was a very fun night and we just love being with family!

Saturday ...... July 4, 2009

Park City Mountain Resort 5K

As you all know, Brad is an avid runner. Well anytime there is a race you can count on him running in it. There was about 1,500 people that run this year!

Brad is in the very front (Dark red shorts & a white tank)

And he finished 1st Place!!! He ran the 5K (3.1 miles) in 15:16. His prize was a $400.00 certificate to purchase a Saucony Running Wardrobe (which is shoes, a top, pants, and socks)

Good job Brad....You did awesome!

Lagoon

We spent Sunday evening with Colb, Ash & the Kids at Lagoon. They spent the whole weekend there at the Lagoon Campground! Rees loves camping!

It's Official!!!

YIPEE!!!

I graduated from Nail School 2 weeks ago and have tested with the State of Utah and have passed all of my exams! Yes that is correct I am now a licensed Nail Technician!!! I am so excited to get started with nails! If anyone want's acrylic nails, acrylic toes, gel toes, pedicure, etc. just let me know!!! I am going to start a blog with some photos of the nails that I do so as soon as I have that up and running I will let you all know!!!

One Cold, Muddy day of work!

We spent our Sunday working out in the cold. We had to transport horses down to Jerico, UT so that the sheep herders had horses to do their job! We also had to cut the the dry ewe's (female sheep that did not get pregent or produce milk) out of the herd. It is about that time for the sheep to start lambing!!! It was SO COLD, WINDY and EXTREAMLY MUDDY!!!

Fun, Yet Busy Weekend!!!

What a wonderful weekend we had! We stayed very busy and enjoyed the beautiful weather! As you all know we spend alot of time outdoors---Winter = snowmobiling, skiing or whatever sounds good that day and summer = hiking, biking, running, horseback riding, and anything to do that is adventurous. That is just our lives and we love it! So that is just we we did! We had a date night with some friends, Brian and Kelsie & Tyce & Gilli. We all went snowmobiling and then went to Main Street for pizza at Davanza's! We had a blast together! Then it was time to travel to Ogden to spend some time with the family! Colb & Ash's kids are getting so big and are as adorable as always! Brad has been working his little heart out the past couple of weeks cause it has been so busy in Park City with all the kids and families here on Spring Break! I guess we can't complain to much cause we have a job and it is a perfect time to make some $$$.

He is such a sweet little guys and probably the best baby every! He just sits on your lap and looks around and doesn't make a peep! But watch out when he's hungry----He is obviously a Bockwoldt --- he likes his food!!!

Color My Nails~School of Nail Technology

The wonderful things you can do with a mannequin hand!

Well~~~let me tell you the story! I have been wanting to go to nail school for a long time and because I had a little bit of extra time on my hands I decided to just do it! I started Color My Nails School of Nail Technology on February 3 and will graduate the end of March! I am loving it so much! We have 10 girls in our class and we all get along so well! We laugh alot and truly enjoy each others company! We get to do alot of pedicures and manicures on each other(believe me--It is so nice to have 2 or 3 pedicures a day!) and know we are learning "Acrylic"! I am so excited for this part! If anyone needs their nails done and wants me to practice on them just let me know---I would love too! I will try and keep everyone up to date on my status and inform everyone when I have graduated ane received my license! I want all the nail girls to know that they mean the world to me and I truly enjoy the new friedship that we have with each other!

Nash Bockwoldt!

We are so excited to welcome the newest member to the Bockwoldt Family! Colby and Ash had their 2nd child --- Colby "Nash" Bockwoldt was born on Feb. 3, 2009. He was 7lbs 2oz 19 inches. He is such a sweet little guy and received "Angel Kisses" before he came to earth! Nash was born with a cleft palate and lip -- Our thoughts and prayers are with the Colby, Ash, Rees and the Doctors at Primary Childern's Medical Center that will be working with Nash the next few years!

Tommy is one of our friends that owns Tommy Alastra Productions (TAP INC.) and is the boyfriend of actress January Jones. He brings alot of celebrities into town and this time he brought actor Mehki Phifer. You can see his work in the TV show "ER" or movies "8 Mile" or "I still know what you did last summer" just to name a few.

We went out for a date night with Steve, Erica, Chad, Amy, Maria & Perry! We had dinner at The Spaghetti Factory and then went to Body Worlds! We had such a good time and always do when we are with our friends!

Rees's Weekend Getaway!

Rees (Colb & Ash's Daughter) spent the weekend with us up at our house in Park City. We had so much fun and stayed extreamly busy. We had about 6 hours of sleep and the rest of the time was "PLAY, PLAY & more PLAY!!!" We swam, painted toes & finger nails, & went snowmobiling at Brad's parents. Rees loved the "mini" sled and is one crazy driver! She is a pro, but watch out she has a lead thumb!

Hope you all had a great New Years Eve! We spent our time with friends and Brad's family at Red Pine Yurt where Brad and his brothers do dinner snowcat rides! We had a really fun night and enjoyed being with everyone!
